Refunds & Returns Policy

We are able to accept the return of unused items free of change for a refund within 21 days of the purchased date. We will aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. It can then take 2-5 business days for the refund to be reflected back in the original payment account.

Please follow the instructions under the ‘Contact Us’ Form, ensuring you include your reason for return. We are unable to accept returns of used items.

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

FAULTY GOODS:

If your packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as ‘received damaged’.

If your goods are received as faulty, or damaged once opened, please contact us at www.deborahharvey.co.uk and complete a ‘Contact Us’ Form. We will aim to contact you within 2 working days regarding your return.

GIFT RETURNS:

If you wish to return an item purchased online that you have received as a gift, you may exchange it for an online credit to your www.deborahharvey.co.uk account. You may use the store credit towards a future online order with us at Deborah Harvey Skincare and this will be visible as a payment method upon checking out.

REFUND TIMEFRAME:

You will be notified that your refund has been processed by email. After receiving confirmation of your refund, please allow 2-10 working days for your refund to be reflected in your account.

  1. Please register your refund by entering your email address and order number in the ‘Contact Us’ Form. You can find the details in your order confirmation email or in ‘My Account’.

  2. Select items you would like to either return / exchange.

  3. Choose a return method.

  4. Pack your returns in the original packaging. If you are using your own box to return your item, please ensure you enclose a note with your full name, email address, and order number.
